Sullivan and NPA spreading fear, half-truths about credit rating

Responding to Vision Vancouver’s commitment to maintain Vancouver’s AAA credit rating, the NPA released a press release which claimed that it is “[a] little too late to ?maintain? the credit rating, seeing as Dominion Bond Rating Services already downgraded Vancouver?s rating to AA.?
